As someone living with rheumatoid arthritis, Jill has firsthand experience with the transformative power of yoga for autoimmune conditions.

Hot Yoga Classes Albany

Yoga has held a special place in Jill's heart since 2017, when she first stepped onto a mat. Yoga found her when she was in a very dark place in her life. The time she spent practicing not only made her feel better, physically, it gave her hope for the future and encouraged her to work towards recovery. She teaches hot yoga for many reasons, but one is to spread that healing joy to other people, and hopefully inspire those who are on a journey of self-improvement to keep going and trust the process. Hot yoga is transformative and powerful, and Jill considers being here and sharing the practice to be proof. As someone living with rheumatoid arthritis, Jill has firsthand experience with the transformative power of hot yoga for autoimmune conditions. With 17 marathons under her belt, she’s passionate about sharing the countless benefits of hot yoga with fellow runners. Jill teaches a range of styles at Helios Yoga including Flow and Power.
