Led by some of the most experienced yoga instructors in the industry, each of our classes offers a personalized, full-sensory experience aimed at boosting your self-confidence, strength, and overall well-being.
We offer 6 class types of different levels of physical intensity includes Core, Flex, Flow, Fusion, H26, and Power. All of our classes are appropriate for yoga practitioners with all levels of experience. But, if you're just starting your hot yoga journey, Flex is a great choice for your first class.
Each of our classes are heated between 95°F to 105°F to optimize your practice and deliver the full therapeutic benefits of heated yoga. Our studio environment also includes 5 mm of padded flooring to support kneeling postures, an integrated surround sound system, and state-of-the-art Ketra lighting that shifts colors every 15 minutes -- delivering an immersive experience like no other hot yoga studio in the Greater Capital Region.
We offer approximately 25 classes per week, 7 days a week. We're regularly optimizing our schedule for our clients' convenience and accessibility. Below you will find our current offerings.
