
A former marathon runner, Audrey discovered her love of hot yoga after a back injury prevented her from training and competing as a runner.
Audrey started with weekened Vinyasa classes and gradually increased to practicing daily. As she advanced, Audrey incorporated other types of hot yoga into her practice, including Bikram/H26 26 & 2 and Barkan. Her style combines a relaxed, welcoming, and often fun approach, with a keen focus on the health and healing benefits of yoga. She credits her discovery of yoga with being pain free following her running injury. Off the mat, Audrey works as an an attorney for the State of New York and lives in Loudonville with her husband, two children, and their dogs, Goose & Duck. Audrey teaches Core and Fusion.
